Salinong Foundation.
“Salinong” is an Ilocano word that means “shade” or “shelter” symbolizing protection, guidance, and support. Just as a tree provides shade to those who rest beneath it.
The Salinong Foundation seeks tobe a refuge and a source of empowerment for individuals and communities, paricularly those in agricultural areas.
Salinong Foundation was built on the belief that those who sustain us should never
be overlooked. Farmers and agricultural workers dedicate their lives to feeding
communities, yet they often lack access to the education and opportunities that
drive progress.When they are left behind, so are the families and future generations
who depend on them. This foundation is our way of giving back by recognizing their
hard work, providing support, and creating pathways for a better future.
